Wang Kuiyu graduated and began working in 2003, joining the Shenyang Machine Tool Group right after. In 2020, he moved to Shenyang Youfu, where he has since dedicated nearly 20 years to maintenance and service. Starting as an ordinary electrical technician, he has steadily grown into a versatile expert capable of handling both electrical and mechanical repairs. To him, work is more than just a job—it’s a source of enjoyment. The nickname “Youfu Master” was coined after he joined Shenyang Youfu, reflecting his outstanding skills and broad theoretical knowledge across multiple areas of repair. Rather than saying, “I can’t do this” or “I don’t understand that,” he often offers suggestions like, “We could try doing it this way” or “Let’s give this a shot.” With him on the team, clients feel far more confident and secure. By trade, he is an electrical maintenance engineer. Guided by the principle that mastering multiple skills never weighs one down, he not only excels in electrical maintenance but also diligently studies and hones his mechanical repair expertise. Through continuous learning, he has gained a deep understanding of both the electrical and mechanical systems of machine tools, enabling him to diagnose and resolve faults with precision and confidence. Over the course of his career in the machine tool industry, countless machines have been installed or repaired under his care. In the first half of 2022 alone, he completed over a hundred service calls—often setting out at dawn and returning home beneath the moonlight.
He recalls that, when mentoring his apprentices, he would often tell them: “If a customer spends tens or even millions on equipment only to have it break down, wouldn’t they be frantic? That’s why you must restore their production as quickly as possible.”
What we often communicate to users is this: “Even when you buy a car, you still need regular maintenance and refueling. With this equipment—whether you purchase a few units or a dozen vehicles—if you keep it well-maintained, it will generate even greater returns.”
