The specific maintenance items are as follows:
Verify that all batteries in the machine tool have sufficient voltage. After a prolonged power outage, machining programs, machine parameters, and the zero points of each axis may be lost upon restart. Replace the batteries regularly. Prior to a long-term shutdown of one week, perform a check to ensure the batteries are properly installed and making good contact.
If you are concerned about losing machining programs, machine tool parameters, or other data, please export the required information and then save it to your computer, a USB flash drive, or a CF card.
Do not leave the tool holder in the spindle. After removing the tool holder, clean the spindle taper. Apply anti-rust oil to both the tool holder and the spindle taper.
Workbenches, guards, turrets, spindle taper bores, lead screws, and other surfaces are prone to rusting and should be promptly protected against corrosion.
V. Iron Filings Removal
Clean up chips in the in‑machine machining area to prevent oxidation and rusting.
Move all axes through their full travel to ensure the leadscrew and guideway surfaces are thoroughly coated with grease, then park the X, Y, Z, A, and B axes at the zero position. Position the turret, tool magazine, and worktable at station 1, and set the tailstock and robotic arm at the zero position.
Disconnect the machine tool from the external power supply, close the air valve, and shut off the water supply to ensure safety.
