The session focused on four core themes—5S management, safe work practices, etiquette training, and standardized on-site service—and provided comprehensive theoretical explanations along with hands-on guidance.

In the “5S Management” session, he provided an in-depth analysis of the implementation strategies and value of each step—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—highlighting the critical role of 5S in fostering a well-organized work environment. In the “Safe Operations” segment, by presenting safety policies and conducting case studies, he reinforced participants’ awareness of workplace safety. During the etiquette training, drawing on the company’s culture, he outlined standardized professional conduct for employees. Finally, using a PPT presentation, he demonstrated the standardized on-site service process, underscoring its contribution to enhancing service quality.

The various bases also engaged in in-depth discussions on other relevant issues raised during the training, with participants unanimously pledging to actively adopt and implement the advanced concepts and methodologies learned, thereby contributing to the company’s sustained growth and enhanced competitiveness.
