WORK SUMMARY REPORT
——Youfu Industrial Group Holds First-Half Work Conference——
2026

On August 8, 2026, the Youservice Industrial Group successfully convened its first-half 2026 work summary and second-half development planning meeting at its headquarters in Anji. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Wu Shidong, with Chairman Deng Ye and senior management from all functional centers and regional bases across the country in attendance. Participants reviewed the first half’s operational performance and aligned on strategic priorities for the second half.

At the meeting, each functional department and regional base reported on their work in turn, summarizing interim achievements across key areas such as business performance metrics, digital transformation, R&D, supply chain management, talent development, financial management, and regional operations. They also identified opportunities for operational improvement and, based on their specific circumstances, formulated optimization plans for the second half of the year.

Zhang Dongdong, Vice President of the Group, unveiled the company’s first-half operating results on-site: During the first half of the year, the Group continued to deepen its presence in the machine tool aftermarket, maintaining robust growth momentum and further expanding its nationwide service network. The Group’s aftermarket support services demonstrated steady, positive momentum, with maintenance, overhauls, and technological upgrades being efficiently implemented across all regional facilities. Customer service responsiveness has been iteratively enhanced, while customer repurchase rates and overall service reputation have continued to improve. Leveraging the Youweibang digital platform, the Group has standardized end-to-end service processes, strengthening its core competitive foundation in service delivery.

Group Vice President Zhu Yueyi provided targeted guidance on the coordinated management of human resources, finance, and administration, addressing existing operational challenges across functional departments and regional bases nationwide. Each functional department conducted a thorough review of its performance in areas such as digital workflows, technology transfer, brand management, financial control, talent development, and supply-chain cost optimization, and formulated improvement measures covering process standardization, staffing allocation, data integration, and product operations. Meanwhile, regional bases, aligned with local market conditions, developed tailored enhancement plans to bolster business expansion, project delivery, talent retention, receivables management, and cost control.

After hearing the full briefing, Chairman Deng Ye provided overarching guidance, urging the management team to squarely confront existing development gaps, refine corrective measures with a focus on tangible results, and coordinate resources between headquarters and regional operations. He emphasized the need for simultaneous optimization across business functions, processes, supply chains, and talent management to ensure that all improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver measurable outcomes.

Drawing on the operational and managerial pain points identified during the meeting, the Group has designated several targeted initiatives and established a closed-loop tracking mechanism: conducting cross‑verification of outsourced business and financial data to standardize accounting methodologies; streamlining the online archiving of tendering and quotation documents and instituting a regular reporting system; refining new‑media operating strategies to enhance online conversion rates; setting up a dedicated receivables management framework; and completing a comprehensive reconciliation of intercompany accounts between regional bases and the centralized procurement center. Each initiative is assigned specific milestones, with progress reviewed regularly and implemented in a step‑by‑step, closed‑loop manner.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Deng Ye delivered a summarizing address, reaffirming the overarching priority of high‑quality development for the year. Drawing on the company’s performance in the first half and the specific remediation tasks at hand, he outlined comprehensive guidelines across key areas—including industrial restructuring, internal governance, talent development, regional collaboration, and performance‑driving initiatives—while emphasizing that all efforts in the second half will be aligned with advancing high‑quality growth. He called on all managers to forge a shared vision, address management gaps, and unlock pathways for supply‑chain integration, digital transformation, and cross‑regional synergies, thereby energizing teams and coordinating all business units to deliver against annual targets and further strengthen the Group’s core competitive edge in end‑to‑end machine tool lifecycle services.

This meeting served both as a review of the first-half performance and as a mobilization session to drive quality‑enhancement efforts in the second half. Moving forward, all Group employees will implement the action plans outlined at this meeting, deepen our core business in the machine tool aftermarket, and advance key initiatives—including digital transformation, supply-chain optimization, regional collaboration, and refined management—so as to address development gaps through concrete actions, steadily progress toward our annual business objectives, and establish ourselves as a leading domestic benchmark brand in specialized industrial services.
