The first stop of this visit was the Youfu Industrial R&D Center, where Vice President Wu Shidong provided a comprehensive guided tour. As the cornerstone of the company’s technological innovation, the R&D Center has deepened its expertise in the field of intelligent operations and maintenance for industrial equipment, with a strong focus on developing core products such as machine tool health management systems and digital‑intelligent maintenance platforms. At the same time, it is actively pursuing independent research and development—and translating these efforts into practical applications—of technologies for upgrading and retrofitting industrial equipment, as well as for green remanufacturing. Through continuous technological iteration, the Center is driving the digital and intelligent transformation of the traditional industrial O&M sector.
Following the conclusion of the R&D center tour, Deng Ye, Chairman of Youfu Industrial, led the delegation to proceed with a site visit. Under construction Huzhou Green Remanufacturing Production Base Chairman Deng Ye provided a detailed overview of the base’s strategic positioning, construction progress, overall planning, and future development blueprint. As a key green remanufacturing initiative for the company, the base is centered on “unlocking the value of aging equipment and supporting green manufacturing,” and has established remanufacturing quality standards that align with industry regulations and industrial production requirements.
Unlike the conventional approach to machine tool remanufacturing, which typically involves only rudimentary component repairs and fault fixes, Youyun Zhichuang places technological innovation and digital transformation at its core. It undertakes comprehensive, in-depth upgrades and modernizations of aging machine tools, driving a transition from “usable” equipment to systems that are more efficient, intelligent, and energy‑saving.
Subsequently, Chairman Deng Ye led a delegation to… Premium Service Industry Standardized Major Overhaul and Maintenance Base (Jiangsu Base) Field research and site visits. As a mature, core operations‑and‑maintenance production base, the Jiangsu facility has established a comprehensive system featuring standardized procedures, meticulous control, and end-to-end lifecycle services, enabling it to professionally handle key services such as standardized overhauls of industrial equipment, customized retrofits, and full‑lifecycle operations and maintenance. On-site personnel demonstrated the entire workflow for equipment inspection, modification, and commissioning, while both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on critical technical issues—including equipment precision optimization, fault remediation, and process upgrades—exchanging advanced technologies and operational expertise.
To comprehensively showcase the company’s market‑driven service capabilities, Vice President Zhang Dongdong accompanied the Korean delegation on site visits to key partner clients, where they observed firsthand the real‑world application of products and technical solutions. By directly assessing project outcomes and gaining insight into the end‑to‑end customer service and after‑sales support systems, the delegation expressed strong recognition of Youfu Industrial’s technical expertise, project implementation efficiency, and industry reputation.
